We study HD pathogenesis using biochemical methods and cell models. Expertise in cell culture, especially primary neurons and human iPSC models is required. Experience in assay development and screening highly desirable. Experience in protein purification and characterization highly desirable. Opportunities for translational research and clinical applications. Can be at postdoctoral or research associate level. Candidates must have a record of innovation and excellent publications. I will be at SfN for in-person interviews only Sunday morning and early afternoon.
