A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Anna Moore at Temple University Department of Biology focused on nervous system plasticity. The lab uses a combination of techniques including mouse behavior, electrophysiology, calcium imaging, and molecular biology techniques to dissect the molecular mechanisms of neuronal plasticity in the hippocampus and cortex.
Candidates should have a recent PhD in Neuroscience, Biology, or a related field. The position requires excellent written and oral English communication skills and interpersonal skills, and someone who is a highly motivated, independent worker. Candidates with either electrophysiology or calcium imaging experience are preferred but not required.
