A postdoctoral researcher position in the Shattuck research group is available immediately to work on brain image analysis. Successful candidates will work as part of an interdisciplinary team with a focus on the development of novel computational approaches focused on the analysis of structural, diffusion, and functional MRI. The position will involve algorithm development and analysis, software implementations, evaluation on experimental data, and preparation of research articles. This position is part of an NIH supported project to continue to develop and support the open-source BrainSuite software package (http://brainsuite.org).

PhD in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Neuroscience, or related fields.
Software development experience, preferably in C++, Matlab, or Python.
Experience and publications in at least one of the following areas: medical imaging, computational image analysis, computer vision, or computational mathematics.
