Passionate, driven people dedicated to making a difference in healthcare.
SpecialtyCare continues to grow and is a national leader in providing neurophysiological monitoring in the operating room. We are at the forefront of Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) and our company is the only one in the country with a dedicated Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) program. Our DBS staff are highly experienced and receive hands-on training at nationally recognized hospitals. With SpecialtyCare, you will be able to convert neurophysiology skills developed in the lab into clinical skills that improve the lives of patients. DBS neurophysiologists use electrode recording and stimulation techniques to map deep structures of the brain in awake patients to help guide surgeons to the optimal location for DBS lead placement. At SpecialtyCare you will be able to share your acquired expertise with colleagues and customers, all while providing safer surgery and more effective outcomes for patients.
Our IONM and DBS neurophysiologists are the most experienced in the industry. In the DBS Neurophysiologist role you will perform DBS cases at local and out of state hospitals. This role will require overnight travel 1-3 times per week.
Doctorate Degree in a neuroscience related field required; Preference given to those with in vivo neurophysiology backgrounds. Relocation may be necessary.
