A postdoctoral position is available in the Chang Lab at the University of Southern California.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our lab in studying mechanisms underlying synaptic dysfunctions in neurological disorders using Drosophila as a model system. Candidates with experience in neurobiology, cell biology, and/or molecular biology are invited to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Drosophila genetics, confocal imaging, and/or electrophysiology. Candidates must have earned or will soon receive a PhD degree in neurobiology or related fields. More senior candidates must have less than 2 years of previous postdoctoral experience. Candidates are expected to be highly motivated, independent, and creative.
