Description:  The Department of Neuroscience at the University of Kentucky (UK)) is seeking an outstanding PhD, MD, or MD/PhD candidate to fill a tenure-track, full-time, open rank (assistant/associate/full) faculty position in the area of translational neuroimaging/neuroscience. We are especially interested in collaborative neuroscientists with expertise in the development of cutting-edge neuroimaging methods and their application to the study of age-related diseases such as cerebrovascular disease and Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Disorders. This position will link extensive resources and expertise in neuroimaging, aging, dementia and cerebrovascular disease in place at UK, including the Magnetic Resonance Imaging & Spectroscopy Center (MRISC), the Sanders-Brown Center on Aging (SBCoA), and the Kentucky Neuroscience Institute (KNI).
