Faculty Positions in Stroke Neurology

 

The Department of Neurology and Rehabilitation Medicine at the George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates (MFA), an independent non-profit clinical practice group affiliated with the George Washington University (GWU), is seeking neurologists with specialized training in cerebrovascular disease. Responsibilities include providing patient care and teaching students, fellows, and residents in classroom and clinical settings. Opportunities are available to perform clinical research. Non-tenure track appointments will be made at a rank (Instructor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor) and salary commensurate with experience.

 

Basic Qualifications: MD or equivalent degree. Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology, have completed fellowship training, and be eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia and/or Virginia, at the time of appointment. Applicants must provide evidence of excellence in clinical care and education.
