Research Associate

The department of Psychology at Swarthmore College seeks a postdoctoral fellow to administer and maintain the ERP lab in support of collaborative research with faculty and students. This includes training students (and faculty) in the use of the facilities, as well as participating in the design, development and analysis of faculty-sponsored research using ERP equipment – sometimes in conjunction with eye-tracking or virtual reality. This support may include technical consulting and programming as well as presenting research at domestic and international conferences and helping to prepare research for publication. The position is for 2 years, beginning as early as July 1, 2024, with the possibility of extension.

The shared imaging facilities in our department include a set of 3 EEG/ERP rigs that support cognitive and social neuroscience projects.
