Postdoc in Neuroscience

We have an exciting job opportunity for a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Michigan!

The labs of Drs. Lombaert and Emrick came together to unravel the role of the mechanosensory nervous system in exocrine organs, such as the salivary glands. We are looking forward to working with a candidate with prior research and training in neuroscience, animal work (breeding, microsurgeries), tissue processing, immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, tissue clearing, calcium imaging, electrophysiology, and confocal imaging. Experience in single-cell sequencing and bioinformatics is preferable or having a strong passion to learn and execute this wonderful technique.
