Associate Professor of Pharmacology

The College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Western New England University invites applications for an open rank faculty position in Pharmacology in the Department of Pharmaceutical and Administrative Sciences. The position is a 12-month tenure-track appointment that offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing department, including a division of Neuroscience.  The department offers a graduate program consisting of two M.S. degrees: Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacogenomics, a B.S. in Neuroscience and participates in an integrated and innovative learner-centered in person and distance PharmD program. 

The successful candidate will be able to teach broadly within the area of Pharmacology and those with experience in neuropharmacology, distance education and/or pharmacogenomics are especially encouraged to apply.

A Doctorate in Pharmacology or related discipline is required. Prior experience as a faculty member in higher education, experience with distance education and/or a post-doctoral fellowship is desirable.  The successful candidate will also be expected to pursue research and scholarly activity along with appropriate service to the College, University and the community.
