Are you a builder, looking for a unique opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and depth of experience to shepherd the initiation, establishment, and on-going conduct of a new Neuroscience Institute?

The successful candidate will have a significant research background and strong history of grant funding both as Principal Investigator and co-PI.  S/he will be a proven leader possessing a deep network and strong background in developing relationships, building teams, and collaborating with both internal and external partners.

Broadly supported among the leadership of the University of Tulsa, the Institute has significant financial backing as well.  In fact, they are building a pathway to move from R2 Carnegie Classification to an R1.

The University of Tulsa Institute for Neuroscience will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the nearby Laureate Brain Research Institute (LIBR) and its state-of-the-art MRI equipment and laboratory facilities. The Institute Director and Research Staff may also contribute to the neuroscience curriculum development within both the undergraduate and graduate programs.
