Work Schedule: hybrid (3 days in office; 2 days remote per week)

Anticipated Position Availability: January 2023

Travel: less than 10% of the time

Highlights:

• This is a multi-year project developing revolutionary systems, techniques, and methods leveraging psychophysiological responses and neurocognitive functions.  These activities address urgent needs affecting the strength of the nation’s security, commerce, and education.  You will be a significant contributor on a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, scientists, and inventors pushing the edge-of-the-envelope in neurotechnology.  You will collaborate with highly motivated and focused problem-solvers with commercial, military, and academic partners.   The work environment is casual but focused on success and progress. We are involved in ground-breaking innovations in neurotechnology.  The successful candidate will be instrumental in transitioning emerging concepts into operational systems, techniques, and methodologies.    Application of your knowledge, skills, and experience in the theoretical and practical applications of neurotechnology and data analytics will have significant impact on all sectors of the US and world economies.   You will design, integrate, test, and refine systems, techniques, and methods associated with neurotechnology used in a variety of applications associated with individual and team performance.  Your skills in creative problem-solving, innovation, and invention will be exercised, matured, and expanded.  You will be exposed to new analysis tools, test equipment, and test methods.  Each day will present a new opportunity to learn and grow.  Professional development is encouraged and expected at I-3.
