Job Details

The Butler Clock Physiology Lab is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to study circadian rhythms, food timing, and the effects of circadian disruption on reproduction. Applicants should have a Ph.D. in biology, neuroscience, or similar field. Our lab is looking to hire candidates with curiosity and enthusiasm for science. Experience with circadian rhythms research, behavior, or systems neuroscience techniques would be advantageous but is not a requirement. The successful applicant will join a community at OHSU with strengths in circadian and sleep biology in animal models and humans.

 

Research fellows are strongly supported in their professional development by a mentoring team that provides guidance on career trajectory. Duties will include animal and bench experiments, data analysis, and writing and presenting the results. Salary and rank are commensurate with education, skills, and experience.
