The New York University Oral Cancer Center seeks Postdoctoral researchers with a background in cancer and/or neuroscience to study the reciprocal interaction between oral cancer and sensory nerves. Studies will use cell culture, animal models of oral cancer, genetically engineered mice, rodent behavior, imaging, molecular biology including nucleic acid and protein analysis, calcium fluorimetry, and analysis of oral cancer specimens. Applicants need not have experience in all areas, as expertise is available in our group. We encourage individuals to broaden their skills and experience during their postdoctoral training.
