A doctoral degree at the time of appointment is preferred, while ABD will be considered. The search is open to candidates in any area of neuroscience who are committed to teaching at an undergraduate liberal arts university and to establishing a program of research that actively engages undergraduate students. Teaching load is 6 courses per year (3/3 plus a 0.5 credit extended studies course once every three years), and will include Neuroscience and Behavior, introductory and upper level courses in neuroscience or psychology including Research Methods or Statistics.
