The College of Graduate Studies invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor in the Department of Anatomy. The successful candidate will participate in team-taught Neuroscience courses within our graduate, medical and health professions programs, and will be expected to establish an independent research program capable of attracting extramural funding. Current research interests within the department include plasticity of the central and peripheral nervous system, auditory system, myelination and demyelination diseases, inflammation and immunology, metabolism, obesity and aging, developmental biology, biological anthropology, paleontology and anatomy.
To be considered for the position, you must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree, a minimum of two years of postdoctoral experience, a commitment to excellence in teaching and a documented record of scholarly activity.
