The Stiles-Nicholson Brain Institute, a major research component of Florida Atlantic University, is recruiting for a postdoctoral position in systems and cellular neuroscience. The postdoctoral position is available to study the central and peripheral mechanisms underlying the effects of exercise on neural circuits important for learning and memory. The candidate for this position should have a strong background in one or more of the following fields of neuroscience research: electrophysiology, neuroanatomy, imaging, molecular biology, biochemistry, mouse behavior.
The candidate must have a doctoral degree in a relevant field and less than 2 years of postdoctoral experience. Candidates with a strong work ethic, and excellent technical and writing skills are encouraged to apply.
