About This Position

The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine has an exciting opportunity for a full time Postdoctoral Associate. The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis is a center for neuroscience regarding neurotrauma and neurological disease. Dr. Widerstrom-Noga’s research program focuses on human chronic pain associated with these conditions. The postdoctoral associate will conduct verbal and psychophysical pain assessments, non-invasive brain stimulation, visual illusions, manage and analyze data, present, and publish results. The postdoctoral associate will be expected to communicate and interact well within our pain research group and with Miami Project faculty, staff, administrators and research participants.

Patient safety is a top priority.   • Conducts research on specific areas of study as assigned.
