The Department of Psychology at Tulane University announces a tenure track position at the beginning Assistant Professor level in cognitive neuroscience with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2022.  The ideal candidate will have a strong research orientation with the potential to develop a nationally visible, extramurally supported program of research, as well as offer courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. A newly built, research-dedicated 3T MRI scanner facility will be operational in 2022. Tulane is a strong supporter of cross-disciplinary research and collaborations are possible with faculty from across the University. Ability to interface with other programs in the Department of Psychology, including developmental/school psychology and social psychology would be considered a plus.
