The Howe Lab at Boston University is searching for a Postdoctoral Fellow to investigate neuromodulator dynamics in the basal ganglia responsible for regulating movement and learning in health and disease states. Studies will be conducted in behaving mice (normal and Parkinson's Disease models) using new optical approaches for chronically measuring and manipulating cell-type and neurotransmitter specific signaling at multiple spatial and temporal scales. Candidates should have significant prior experience in with optical and/or electrophysiological techniques in behaving mice.
