NIH-funded postdoctoral position to investigate human behavior and neurophysiology in a multi-center clinical device trail aimed at restoring consciousness through neurostimulation in temporal lobe epilepsy. Methods will include device-based automatic behavioral testing triggered by seizure detection, and continuous streaming of neurophysiology and behavioral data. Main focus will be analysis of daily data at three sites, including patient behavioral performance and intracranial neurophysiology at baseline as well as during seizures with or without therapeutic neurostimulation.
