The Loyola University Chicago Psychology Department invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Cognitive Science or Neuroscience to begin Fall 2021.
The successful candidate will build a funded research program that involves undergraduate students. We are particularly interested in candidates using computational methods to address behavioral or neuroscience questions and prepared to teach undergraduate lecture and advanced laboratory courses like computational neuroscience, behavioral or cognitive neuroscience, or data science.
Candidates should have a Ph.D. in psychology, neuroscience, or a related field and a record of excellence in scholarship, teaching, and student mentorship.
This search is part of a multi-year initiative to hire outstanding professors who reflect our diverse student body and can further efforts to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion.
