Harvard Medical School Post-Doctoral Fellowship Opportunity

Psychosis Risk Evaluation, Data Integration and Computational Technologies: Data Processing, Analysis and Coordination Center (PREDICT-DPACC)

Applicants are invited to apply for Postdoctoral Research Fellowships on the Psychosis Risk Evaluation, Data Integration and Computational Technologies: Data Processing, Analysis and Coordination Center (PREDICT-DPACC). We will be hiring three Postdoctoral Fellows under the supervision of Drs. Martha Shenton, Sylvain Bouix, and Ofer Pasternak (see below for contact information). Fellows will work on a large 42 site, multi-modal NIMH funded project (PREDICT-DPACC) studying clinical high risk (CHR) for psychosis based at the Harvard Medical School/Mass General Brigham, where they will be part of a diverse interdisciplinary team with broad expertise spanning computer science, neuroscience, psychology, psychiatry, neuropsychology, cognitive neuroscience, neuroimaging, bioinformatics, biostatistics, epidemiology, and neurophysiology. This project will provide management, direction, data processing and coordination for new multisite CHR data collection networks, as well as develop and apply CHR stratification tools to identify and validate biomarkers to predict individual outcome trajectories.

The position provides opportunities for publications and for developing expertise in CHR research, management of multisite multimodal studies, biomarker identification and analyses through advanced data analytics, and dissemination of data and analysis tools to the larger research community.

We are seeking individuals who have backgrounds that may include psychology, neuropsychology, psychosis, clinical high risk, cognitive neuroscience, psychopathology, biostatistics, neuroinformatics, or computer science/engineering with an interest in developing tools to identify biomarkers. Experience working in a multidisciplinary environment is a plus.

These are 2-5 year postdoctoral positions with a salary range dependent upon relevant postdoctoral experience (see link below).
