The Biochemistry Department at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City has postdoctoral positions available in several neighboring labs with overlapping interests in molecular and cellular neuroscience. Areas of interest span the molecular pathways that drive axon survival and degeneration (David Simon lab), biophysical mechanisms and synaptic roles of GPRC signaling (Josh Levitz lab), mechanisms of synaptic vesicle exocytosis (Jeremy Dittman lab & Tim Ryan lab), and the metabolic control of synaptic function (Tim Ryan lab) in normal and disease states.  More information about these research groups can be found at:
