The Department of Biomedical & Pharmaceutical Sciences in the University of Montana’s Skaggs School of Pharmacy invites qualified candidates to apply for a newly authorized, full-time position as a Lecturer in the field of neuroscience. This appointment is affiliated with a rapidly growing interdisciplinary neuroscience program collaboratively overseen by the Colleges of Health Professions & Biomedical Sciences and Humanities & Sciences. We are seeking a creative and effective lecturer who can contribute to both the undergraduate major and the Professional Pharmacy Pharm.D. degree in the areas of neuroscience, neuropharmacology and general pharmacology. This is a non-tenure-track, full-time teaching position. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in neuroscience or a related field with teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level preferred. Standard teaching load for Lecturers at any rank typically includes 3-4 courses a semester. Lecturers at the University of Montana are eligible for multi-year contracts.
