Professor of Practice in Neuroscience
The Tulane University Neuroscience Program seeks to fill a Professor of Practice (PoP) position to begin in either January or July 2020. The PoP position is a full-time academic year (nine month) teaching position (3, 3 load) with renewable 3 (and later 5)-year appointments. The responsibilities of this position will include teaching undergraduate and graduate level lecture and laboratory courses, advising neuroscience majors, and service to the program. Applicants should be able to teach courses in fundamental neuroscience, cellular/molecular neuroscience, and their areas of specialty.
The Neuroscience Program is a division of the Tulane Brain Institute (http://brain.tulane.edu). Tulane University is a member of the Association of American Universities (AAU).
