|Minimum Requirements: |
•Graduate level work in the field of neuroscience, Ph.D. preferred.
•Ability to visualize and communicate big picture outcomes.
•Ability to summarize and communicate issues and outcomes to supervisory staff to facilitate necessary actions and resolutions.
•Effective oral and written communication skills; outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills to interface with internal and external customers.
•Strong collaborative skills and ability to organize work across departments to achieve common objectives.
•Attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and to prioritize are essential.
•Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a flexible manner to address changing needs.
•Advanced competence in computer software applications and related technology products, including but not limited to database systems and proficiency in Windows, MS Office Suite, and preferably content management system and association management system. Experience and proficiency in Excel preferred.
•Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and to exercise sound judgement.
•Comfortable learning new skills, systems, and software through both independent learning and asking peers.
•Experience editing written content and back-checking data.
