Renovo Neural is a Contract Research Organization focused on offering novel models to test developing regenerative and protective therapies for Neurological disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease Traumatic brain injury and Stroke. We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Senior Research Associate/Scientist I to both be involved in client study related functions and internal R&D to develop novel models of neurodegeneration and test efficacy of therapeutic agents in these diseases.
We are currently looking for:
Masters (3-5years) or PhD (1-3year) Level candidates with relevant experience in neurology/neuroscience
Working in open source software such as FIJI/ImageJ and Python script
Designing innovative experiments to answer broad level questions
In vitro / cell culture techniques
If a PhD level candidate,
Experience working with animal models of neurological disease
Experience working in and understanding of metabolic or immunologic assays
Candidates with less experience or BSc would be considered if the come with an understanding of Python and a biology background.
