Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle, Washington is seeking a BE/BC Neurohospitalist to join a growing inpatient team dedicated to serving the needs of patients with acute neurological disease. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence in neurological disease and will be integral to the growth and maturation of both our local hospital and regional telestroke programs. Vascular neurology, Neurohospitalist and/or neurocritical Care experience is highly desirable.
Our ideal candidate will partner with our successful accredited primary stroke program, clinical research, and our growing local and regional tele-stroke and tele-medicine services. The successful candidate will be a superior interdisciplinary teacher and communicator, committed to ongoing resident and staff education. Interest and participation in clinical research is encouraged. Strong clinical and interpersonal skills and involvement in process improvement work are required.
